Seoul Street Arts Festival is seeking International programs to enrich the festival in 2024

‘Seoul Street Arts Festival’ was formerly ‘Hi Seoul Festival’. Since 2003, the Festival, a representative outdoor arts festival in Seoul, Korea, has implied the characters of the history, spaces and diversity of Seoul Metropolitan City. It is held in autumn every year during 2-3 days in the outdoor spaces such as squares and streets in downtown of Seoul.

Now the festival is looking for its International programs, street theater, dance, circus, puppets, installation, media and various types of contemporary arts which can be performed under the outdoor conditions. All the companies and artists who are interested in the festival can apply.

ㅇ Eligibility

Individuals or groups whose representatives are foreign nationals and reside in a foreign country.

ㅇ Required documents (All 4 files below must be submitted to participate in the selection program)

2. Photos of the show (3 to 5) ※Combine into a single PDF file

3. Technical Rider

4. Related resources (Promotion materials, Portfolio, etc.) ※Combine into a single PDF file

ㅇ Submission period

- Applications due by 22th May 2024, 24:00 (KST)

ㅇ Festival shall provide

- Total Performance fee 4,000,000 KRW Maximum (tax included)

- Accommodation and Perdiem (Perdiem will be 30,000 KRW per person a day.)

- Pick-up service from the airport

- Technical support (common sound and lighting system by site)

- PR(festival leaflet and program book, website and SNS)

- Visa support

* Airfare shall not be provided.

* Performance fee could be negotiated according to the number of performances.

Approximately 4 shows will be selected.

Result will be announced on the festival website (Scheduled for 30th May)
